    Suzuki C90 Fork Shake
    I have had this problem once and it was very minor but I have heard about others that have even had lockup and tankslapper results.  I found in the Delphi Forums that replacement of the steering shaft  BALL BEARINGS WITH PLASTIC BALL SEPERATORS...  moreI have had this problem once and it was very minor but I have heard about others that have even had lockup and tankslapper results.  I found in the Delphi Forums that replacement of the steering shaft  BALL BEARINGS WITH PLASTIC BALL SEPERATORS with Timkin tapered roller bearings has eliminated the problem.  I am looking for the part numbers but have been unsuccessful so far.  Also found that this may not be just a Suzuki problem.  Other manufacturers have used cheep ball bearings on the steering shaft.  Preload torque on the C90 is 65 flbs.  The plastic will deform allowing the balls to move off alignment and loosening..   If you have had this problem what did you do to fix or think about having the dealer repair with OEM parts?     My maintenance history would lead me to want the Timken roller bearing with a greater load carring capacity.  Wish I had My old bearing Bible that I left at work....I have converted ball to...    less

    Coming late to the post! I just bought an "All Balls Racing" roller bearing set #22-2004 for my 1998 C90T from Motosport.com for $40. I'm having front end shake at 35 - 40 mph otherwise I could ride hands free with good tires. Won't install them for a while yet.
