Hey y'all, My name's Sixx (but my mama called me "Brian" for some reason), and I'm just an average guy with a tiny bit of a "wild streak".
I was born & raised in northeast Texas, but I now live in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I left home for a couple hitches in the Navy when I was 17 years old, and it was during that time I got my first Harley~Davidson. It was an '85 Heritage Custom Softail, and it was love at first-ride. I've been riding ever since. I don't ride just because it "looks cool" or because I am some "weekend warrior"... I ride mainly because it feels good- when I got my knees-in-the-breeze, anything that was troubling me just disappears.
Today, I own 2 bikes that run great, and a 3rd bike I'm building, its a personal-project hobby I enjoy. I also enjoy detailing bikes (cars, too sometimes). I am pretty good at installing custom l.e.d. lighting to make bikes roll with that cool, eerie glowing effect.
I love music (for listening & for playing), I'm very creative, I paint, sculpt, and I've made a few dollars having some of the shit I write published. Why in the world people want to read the things I write is a mystery to me. But, just like riding bikes, writing helps me with my head space.
I am looking for a new group of friends in the area where I live... some folks to hang around, ride, Bar-B-que, play some tunes, party with, and have some good times.
I am officially divorced, I'm dating, but not really looking to get married again anytime soon.
Life's too short to not have all the fun we can while we're still breathing... right?
