About Our Business
The Laclede Literacy Council provides FREE adult basic literacy and HiSET (GED) tutoring to everyone over the age of 17. We specialize in second chance citizens and addicts at any level who are ready to be more.
Last year we had our first Meal Pack where we take bulk ingredients and pack meals to donate to school backpack programs, Meals-on-Wheels, homeless teenagers, and veterans. As educators we understand that without food, learning becomes extremely difficult. This year we are raising funds to pack and donate 25,000 meals to distribute that same day.
Proceeds from the dice run will help fund both adult literacy AND the Meal Pack.
