Mike I copied your photo to my desktop. I tried to enlarge your picture to find clues of your location. I kind of hoping you used a higher resolution so I would be able to read the signs on the bulletin board, a no go on that idea. I have to handed to you, you definitely didn't make it easy on this on.

Well Steven, I actually checked that in the image before I posted it...ha!!! Custer State Park is just a few miles from this road. You are close enough for this forum.
Rt 16 a few miles west of Custer, just east of Jewel Cave.

Mike you were right in thinking that I probably drove through that area, however we didn't. Custer State Park was on our agenda but never made it. Maybe next time. Let me look in my photo archives of places I have been.

Don't know if this qualifies but here it is anyways. Of course it is on a military base somewhere. This should be easy for our Cyclefish Vets.

Hint: If you are a Marine then you should know who and where the pic is. If you are a Hollywood Marine than you may not know, but all other Marines should.

Camp Pendleton Barracks is my guess since you mentioned Hollywood which is MCRD San Diego

Hint: The bridge in the picture is one of a few privately owned toll bridges in the country, if not the only remaining privately owned. Now go find it and happy hunting.
