not sure I know how to reply?   (this is form that popped up)  -   yrs ago I lived in Springbranch (for a yr) & sold chemical additives to the rifineries.  Loved it in Tx.

thks for the hello.    Parma is only about 10-15 min from a parkway  (30 mi spd limit - park setting) that goes like an emerald necklace for 50-100 mi around the greater cleve area, in the suburbs.  Then it connects to the Cuyahoga Valley Nat. Park that goes over 50 mi N & S.   Peaceful bike riding environ.

thks for taking the time to say hello. Am 74 & remember the days (in my late 30's, early 40's - early 1970's) when I was a raw material plastics salesman covering Erie (among other states). Years earlier I went through there on the way to Olean N.Y. in the late 50's to go to St Bonaventure Univ in Olean N.Y. (from Cleve. OH).

The Erie area was a thriving industrial place back then.
Most of the plants are long gone, GE's electro-motive plant is all that's left of the big shops.

thks for the welcome; nice V-Star you have. Read your comments - I have all over the body muscle fatigue the next day after a ride (I should be going to the rec center & hitting the Nautilus Equipment to do a better job of staying in shape). With a passenger (115#) and a tank of gas, myV-Star 650 weighs about 850#
