  I am an IT director for a global environmental company headquartered in Paris, France. I coordinate all enterprise projects for Canada, US, Mexico and South America. Yes, I travel to Brazil, England, Switzerland, Canada, France, and everywhere in between.

  I was planning to take a rest day from working out, but now I feel guilty. Yesterday was cardio, so I suppose it's time to go lift. Peer pressure can be a motivator :-)
