Beginning in Denver, and ending in southern California, you will ride key sections of Route 66 "the Mother Road”, through the rugged beauty of Texas and Arizona and the prairies of Oklahoma, giving you a close-up view of the amazing scenery.  

While this loop can be ridden throughout the summer, if taken in late spring or late summer, you will appreciate the cooler temperatures. Early fall is also a good time to ride this trail; at this time of year these areas are well into the cooler weather of autumn, and frosty areas can be found, giving the mountains a bright golden covering as aspen leaves change color. Visit some of the outstanding National Parks located in this Western riding paradise.

The roads on this trail are in good condition with light traffic outside of the cities. City traffic can be heavy at times. Other than road repairs you will not be required to ride on any unsealed roads.

This tour is suitable for Intermediate or Advanced riders. Note: USA drivers drive on the right-hand side of the road.
