This is a Poker Run benefit to help the Morgan family of Ovett. Pastor Howard Morgan of Bible Baptist Church in Ovett, MS, and his family have been through it this last year. His oldest son, Lee Morgan was left partially paralyzed after complications from a back surgery. During his hospital stay, their beloved mother passed away. Shortly after, the youngest son, Nathan, was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma. He has had surgery and is undergoing treatment now. Naturally both boys are unable to work and provide for their families. This is where WE come in. We as a community are called to help. So let’s do everything we can to help our fellow men in need.
