We are a very rural Fire Department and are hosting our first Poker Run.
The event is needed to pay for our portion of a new ambulance arriving by July 1, 2024.
We won the the much-needed ambulance in a Colorado State grant and it is finally ready for us to place into service. Upon delivery we have to pay off about $25,000 (10%) of the sticker price.
The event costs $200 per entry and is now on sale through June 4th at $149
The winner of the event gets a brand new 2024 Harley Davidson Nightster and second place winner takes home $1,000.00
The event starts and ends at Grand Junction Harley and takes you to Gateway Colorado and back along Route 141 and through some of the most beautiful canyon landscapes on planet Earth. Honest to God.
Please attend if you can and also please forward this info to any clubs or riders you think would attend and support this event. We desperately need your help for the funds this will raise as we, like most rural fire departments, run almost entirely on fumes and our current ambulance is way ready for retirement.
