  • Hicks-Phelan-Taylor VFW Post 4798 in Trenton, TN is hosting our first ever poker run/bike run on September 12th! There will be a Silent Auction, door prizes, a Bake sale, an All-You-Can-Eat Fish Fry and Live Music starting at 8pm!

    Proceeds will be used to assist local Veterans & military families. We had originally planned to give a portion of the proceeds to the Gibson County Mass Band to assist them with their trip to play in the Rose Bowl! However, since the Rose Bowl was cancelled, our Post will be providing a portion of the proceeds to make care packages for residents of our local Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt.

    Club colors/cuts are allowed; however, out of respect for the communities traveled through, we require that any derogatory or offensive wording and images be covered. Confederate flag imagery limited to items 2” x 4” or less.

    Best hand of five cards wins Grand Prize. Additional prizes given for worst hand, oldest rider, youngest rider, furthest traveled rider, most patriotic attire. Participants must be present to receive these prizes.

    In case of a tie, there will be a draw for High Card to determine the winner. All decisions of Judges are FINAL!
