  • This years message is "Heroin Destroys Communities" with that we are taking over downtown Fostoria that morning. We have permission to use both downtown lots. Sign in will start at 10 am.
    Mayor Keckler will proclaim it "Heroin Awareness Day" here in Fostoria at noon. Richie Webber will speak then we are riding to show Fostoria and other communities that we are here for them.
