Event Desc

  • Meet at EagleRider at 9:30 am for coffee and donuts and to meet the fellow riders going on the ride. Kickstands up at 10:30 am.

As we leave the urban areas of New Orleans, we will ride along the mighty Mississippi River on LA-18. The mighty Mississippi River is also known as River Road and it has countless curves and turns. It’s the perfect route to get us to our final destination, the Oak Alley Plantation. A powerful testimony to the rich history of the antebellum south, Oak Alley invites visitors to explore all facets of her plantation past. From its 28 Oaks to its open spaces, to its hidden nooks and crannies, Oak Alley’s landscape tells the story of the plantation.
