Event Desc

  • The intent of this ride is to gather, and ride to promote safety, awareness, and inform those who are unaware of who ABATE is, and what we do at the capitol for all motorcyclists in GA.

This ride will be leaving from Rock City Cycles, and ride to Helen with our final destination being the annual Fall ABATE state rally. D5 will also be conducting our September member meeting at the rally for those wanting to know more about District 5.

We will be charging $10 per rider, and $5 per passenger which will cover entry to the ABATE fall Rally, which hosts a number of contests and vendors on this date. Additionally, as we depart the rally, we will be routing through Blood Mountain for those who are fans of the twisties.

We will meet up at 9am, KSU 9:45. Please ensure your bike is in good repair, as we want to avoid any potential safety issues while on the ride. All bikes and riders are welcomed and encouraged.

Ride with a club, lets all ride together! We would love to meet and support you all, as we do already when representing at the gold dome in Atlanta.

Join us in this first annual ride, to help all motorcyclists of GA to continue their passion in the wind, while raising awareness and challenges we all face every day as we saddle up. We hope to grow this to a destination annual ride, with the help of our partners such as Ted Spaulding Law.
