Event Desc

  • The 5th Annual Healing Heroes Ride will take place on August 25, 2018. This 100 mile motorcycle poker run, which support Boulder Crest Retreat, travels the Virginia Scenic Byways of the Shenandoah Valley. Riders start in one of two Virginia locations, Fairfax or Berryville. The ride concludes at Boulder Crest Retreat in Bluemont, VA where riders and guests gather to eat BBQ, enjoy live music, tour the retreat’s facilities and participate in a silent auction and raffle items. The Healing Heroes Ride, which has become the largest motorcycle ride on the East Coast to support veteran causes, brings local riders from the greater Washington DC area and out of town riders from as far away as Florida and Texas to support the programs and services for combat veterans provided and delivered at Boulder Crest.
