    -About Riley-
Riley Henry Boulay of Liberty passed away unexpectedly in an automobile accident on December 6th, 2017. He was a junior at Mount View High School in Thorndike and a student in the Electrical Trades program at Waldo County Technical Center. He won first place in the Augusta ABC Electrical Competition this year. He was also employed at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Belfast. Riley loved spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid lover of the outdoors, he especially loved snowmobiling, four wheeling, baseball, hunting, fishing and snowboarding. He was always willing to give a helping hand to those in the community that needed it as well.

His parents along with the community have started The Riley H. Boulay Memorial Scholarship Fund in his honor. It is their intention to give the first scholarship out to someone in his graduating class of 2019 that is getting a post secondary education in a trade. This individual must exhibit hard working, kind and caring characteristics.
