Event Desc

  • The Ricky Burrus Veteran’s Memorial Ride was created in 2013 after we lost one of our charter members, Ricky Burrus. Though it is our primary fundraiser for our chapter, it is meant to honor Ricky, as well as all those that have sacrificed their lives to serve our great country.

This year we are adding a Poker Run to the festivities. We'll be starting at the Conejo Creek Park North (behind the Thousand Oaks Library) and ending at the Westlake Brewing Company for food, raffle, auction, vendors, photo booth and live music by Attikuss, Moonridge & Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band One More From The Road.

It’s a day for all ages, civilians, active military or veterans. It’s a celebration and dedication to
all the brave men and women who have served, are serving and will serve in our Armed Forces. We honor them and their families. After all, its because of our armed forces that we live in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.

ALL ARE All WELCOME! Motorcycles, cars, scooters, trikes, mopeds, bicycles and big wheels. Even if you don’t have a ride of any kind, you are welcome to come on foot. We will not discriminate.

**ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO HELPING OUR LOCAL VETERANS THROUGH PROJECTS FUNDED AND MANAGED BY RTCA1**
