This run and festival to follow is to help ease the burden of finances for 3-special needs programs in R.I. ... All money gained thru the run and festival will be devided equally between "Angels on Horseback Theraputic Riding " for special needs ,,,,, U.R.I. Aquatic Swimming Program for special needs , ,,, and U.R.I. Surf Program for special needs .... All 3- of these programs are financially dependant upon donations , contributions and grants and they are falling on hard times .... A great deal of special needs kids gain so much fun and satisfaction and self worth thru these programs that really can't let them fail and they all need your help to allow them to continue .... What is 4-5 hours out of our lives to help make a special needs kid to feel like a million bucks ... please help us to help them and join us ....please ... Even if you don't have a special needs child , or a bike , you can still attend the festival ... hopefully you and your family has never been effected by this very tough disorder and we all hope it never does , but there are more and more people being diagnosed and they ALL need are help ... so again , please join us ..... the run is from 7;00 a.m. line up to 9;00 a.m. take off.... to noon ..... the festival follows directly at the runs ending place ...if you call twisted throttle at 855-255-5550 please ask for jessica and if you call ocean state harley davidson in exeter R.I. please ask for kieth for all info at either place on the run . all other ticket purchases please call ron or cindie at 401-441-3270 ......Tickets for 1-bike and driver are $25 and 2-people with 1-bike is $40 .... kids under uder 10- get in free and over 10- to 18 are $10..... Tickets include food / drink, music , pin and one raffle ticket for entry into a liqour basket raffle ....... all other raffles are $1 to $5 dollars per depending on the prize ... ... There will also be a horseshoe tourney .... face painting for kids and water slide .... Tikki bar is open with a held harmless letter signiture if you decide to drink ... The run will encompass rte- 3 to rte-102 to rte-44... to rte 116,,,,,,, back to rte 3- to rte 102 across rte 3 to rte 2- to yawgoo valley rd to resort at end of road ..... one, the run will be two single lines side by side non-stop start to finish all secondary roads... thanks
