    During the Steel Horse Motorcycle Rally, Join the Fort Smith Museum of History in welcoming Grady Spann, Director of Arkansas State Parks, for a program, Motorcycling in Arkansas on April 30 at 1:00 pm.
    Spann has over two decades of experience with Arkansas State Parks and is an avid motorcyclist. A 1995 graduate of the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy, Spann is a certified law enforcement officer/park ranger. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in parks administration, with a minor in military science from Henderson State University, and served as a military officer for nine years previous to his tenure with Arkansas State Parks.
    Learn about the excellent motorcycle rides and trails available in Arkansas. The program is offered free with museum admission: $7 adults, $2 children, under age 6 are free.
