The 5th Annual Toni & RJ Foundation Ride for Distracted Driving is held in memory of Toni & RJ. On June 1, 2011, Toni a 28 year pregnant woman was killed by a Distracted Driver that was texting. The other driver hit Toni head on and kill her and her unborn son RJ. RJ was scheduled to be born by C section on June 3, 2011, 36 hours after the crash. Toni's family
formed a foundation in her and RJ's name. The Toni Donato Bolis and Baby RJ foundation. All proceeds from the ride benefit the scholarship fund setup by the foundation in Toni & RJ's memory. From 2012 thru 2014 the foundation has awarded over $26,000 in scholarships to students attending college and other contributions to help families in need after a tragedy.
