This 1st Annual Bikers for Backpacks NE Ohio bike run is to raise money for the Northeast Ohio Division of the Salvation Army. Each year the Salvation Army has a 'Back to School Bash' and has been able to provide backpacks filled with school supplies to over 2,500 children in Lake County. This run will be hosted by the US Veterans Motorcycle Club and Iron Disciples Motorcycle Ministry and all proceeds go directly to the Salvation Army to purchase school supplies. The Back to School Bash is held on August 8, 2015 and has grown to incorporate other services such as free haircuts, free dental exams, free vaccinations etc.

Tickets are $15 per person AND a school supply donation...tickets include: free breakfast (donuts/coffee), free lunch (pop/pizza) and an entry into door prize drawings and a grand prize of a 5 day/4 night cruise! Dinner will be available at $4 per plate as well as live music, raffles and all kinds of fun things!

Live broadcasting will be done throughout the event by WKKY to also come and fill the 'school bus' with supplies.
