The Ricky Burrus Veteran’s Memorial Ride was created in 2013 after we lost one of our charter members, Ricky Burrus. Though it is our primary fundraiser for our chapter, it is meant to honor Ricky, as well as all those that have sacrificed their lives to serve our great country. All are welcome, motorcycles and cars, on this memorial ride where we visit some of the local veteran memorial sites in Ventura County, honoring a veteran at each site. We finish at our hosted location, Twisted Oak Tavern where we get to eat, enjoy great live music, raffle, auction and vendors.

It is a day for all ages, civilian, active military or veteran. It is a celebration as well as a dedication to
all the brave men and women who have served, are serving and will serve in our armed forces. We honor you and your families. After all, its because of you that we live in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
