Poker Run for Carolina Cycle Service Owner/Operator Carlo Gagliardo who was tragically involved in a motorcycle accident while test riding a motorcycle on Janaury 7th. The bike experienced mechanical failure and Carlo lost control, being thrown from the bike and getting struck by an oncoming truck. Please see photos to learn about Carlo.

This is event is being done to help raise funds to offset medical expenses and lost wages due to the shop being closed while he is unable to work. Please help support this well-respected member of the Charlotte, NC area motorcycle community.

Right after the accident, he spent 25 days in the hospital, 21 of those in ICU. He also underwent 4 surgeries before being released. Unfortunately, his release wasn't long as a skin flap placed over the compound fracture in one leg started dying and Carlo is back in the hospital and has been for nearly 2 weeks. He has had 2 additional surgeries and his release from the hospital this time has not yet been determined.

Cards will be drawn at each of those 5 stops. Again, this is NOT LEO Escorted so ride safely and choose your own route plus enjoy time at each of our stop sponsors while you draw your card. Please thank them for helping us out!

Ending with Prizes Awarded: Plan to arrive around 1pm. We will try to begin awarding prizes by 2pm at the latest.

At that time, YOU CHOOSE whether you want to play “Stud” or “Draw” Poker. If you want to play “Stud” then keep the hand you have and just turn it in. If you choose to play "Draw", then for a $5 donation, riders may discard up to 4 of their 5 cards and draw new cards at Stooges Pub and Grub. Their "Hand" will then be entered into the “Draw” pot. There will be a grand prize for each pot.
