2015 Iron & Clematis 2 Vintage Motorcycle Festival
The 2nd annual Iron & Clematis Vintage Motorcycle festival will be held February 21, 2015, 12 pm-9 pm, in the scenic historic section of Downtown West Palm Beach on the 500 block of Clematis.
Vintage Iron Club’s Iron & Clematis Festival is quickly becoming Florida’s largest Vintage Motorcycle Festival. This family oriented event attracts vendors, bike builders, and spectators from all around the USA. The streets will be filled with over 300 vintage motorcycles of all makes and models ranging from restorations, custom builds, bobbers, to cafe racers. There will be over 40 vendors, and live music from some of Florida’s largest acts. 2015’s performers are Funny Bunny, The Morgan Bernard Band, Soul Purpose, and more. The show boasts a vintage pin-up contest as well as a raffle motorcycle with proceeds to be donated to charity. The charity organization, Canine Companions for Independence, is the largest non-profit provider of assistance dogs. They are recognized worldwide for their excellence, quality, and longevity of the matches they make between dogs and people. The raffle motorcycle is a 1974 BMW 90R/6 Cafe' Racer built and donated by Santiago Choppers, Rockitman Radio, and Vintage Iron Club. Raffle tickets are available at vintageironclub.org and at the show. Trophies will also be awarded for show bikes in several categories: Best in Show, Best Cafe Racer, Best Restoration, Best Bobber, Best British, Best Japanese, & Best American. Bike registration is at vintageironclub.org. Register early, space is limited.
As a result of the event’s positive goals, some of the largest names in the business have rallied behind Vintage Iron Club and I&C: The Famous Ace Cafe, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Dime City Cycles, Lugnut Customs, Rockitman Radio, Santiago Choppers, Florida Sports Cycles, and ATV, just to name a few.
