Got out with about a dozen of my riding buddies and did about a 300 mile ride. South down 99 to I-5, over the grapevine then cut across to The Rock Inn at Lake Hughes for lunch. Left there and took the back way into Tehacapi (dang it was WINDY !!!), back through Bakersfield and North to home. Awesome weather and a great day to get back into spring riding !!!!!

It sounds like you had a very good ride...which is what I wanted to do but for some unkinown reason my employer that I should actually earn my $$$$

I live 2 valleys south of you SFV...I get to the coast as often as possible..less windy:)...but more of the CHP/Sheriffs to contend with;(

Sounds like a great ride !!! Its rainy up north here,couldnt get a lick of work in..we are looking at rain off n on all week long.
