I'm starting a new job building a commercial kitchen. The kitchen itself will be 8000sf, the building is 20,000sf and will get filled up quick with storage product and 4-25x25 walk-in coolers and 3- 25x25 freezers, almost 4000sf in walk-ins. 3" NG gas lines, 1600 amp elect panel. Has to be up and running by 6/30
That's about 40 days, better get moving.
