So this afternoon, Jan 1st, one of the restaurants I do work for caught fire. It wasn't that bad and no one got hurt, but tomorrow I have walls to replace and equipment to fix 

In like a lion out like a lamb... and it is work. Glad noone was hurt.

Got them back up and open. Replaced SS and firerock. Passed the inspections, Fire Marshall liked the work, was surprised it was all done in less than a day. Now a big bill goes out
