I was wondering if anyone here has had any experiance with the mondo-x belt drive system? I am considering changing my VT750DC(Shadow Spirit) from a final drive chain to a final drive belt, having no experiance with belt drive systems I am looking for help.

Don't know that particular brand but for general riding belts are the answer. Minimal maintenance and fair performance.
Thanks Rex, I'm not a real aggressive rider so I think this may be a good solution, do you know the average life (millage) of drive belts?
I have read 100K plus. My 04 King has 78K and never needed any maintenance except to scrub the cogs after I spent a day in a massive dust storm.

Have you considered going to a shaft drive?

No sir, I feel a shaft conversion would be too expensive, but thanks for the input.
