You gotta love eBay!

The only thing I had to get at the dealer was some various bolts and such.

Everything else came from eBay or bike forums like this one.  The most valuable thing I got from the forums was education on how to do things - like change gaskets and build the carb - PRICELESS!!!

Just got done changing the front springs. So much easier than I expected. Bike now has Progressive 440's in the rear and Progressive springs in the front.

And it's still 27 degrees outside - Grrrrrrrrrr

Just be careful what you buy on ebay...really check out the seller! A friend of mine ordered a penis enlarger for $50.00, they sent a magnifying glass with a warning not to use in direct sunlight!

I love it when Redneck Engineering works out even better than you planned. Bought this used Mercedes headrest for $20 on eBay. Secured right now with some cheap hose clamps. Test drove down some country roads and I don't think I could have nailed it any better.
