Judging by the design on that canopy...I 'd say that was a Police air ship..with rising costs its obvious some Government is cost cutting....the air crew were probably full of hot air as usual , keeping their bird aloft. but after 5 hours of continuous flight, even the donuts would have run out...as fast as the hot air. It should be noted that such airships are ideal in crime prevention as they are noiseless compared to helicopter flight ops..Right up until the locals look up and pepper them with darts. As is the case here...controlled crashing. Hitting the dunniesis no accident there are 30 midget terrorists all hiding in those portapotties.

Gives a whole new meanin' to "HOLY CRAP"...don't it?
