I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't investigated by the FBI or someone, and taken to higher court and overturned. Where is all the money going that they keep? This has to be illegal.

East Texas cops were pulling similar thefts and bogus seizures. They screwed up by targeting so many  blacks  that word got around and it became important to the Feds.  Due process is whatever the badge-heavy thugs say it is.

This is why you never allow an officer to go through your stuff, or your vehicle without due process. EVER!
