This scooter tramp was riding and looked at his watch. Noticing it stopped running... he stops & ask's this farmer who was laying down next to this bull what time it was. The farmer reaches over and grabs the bulls balls, and say's...it's 1:30! The tramp thinking the guy is crazy, gets back on his seld & rides down the road for about 2 minutes. Sure as hell the time on the banks billboard say's...temp 75 degrees, time is 1:32. The biker flips a bitch & goes back to the farmer & ask's...what time is it? Knowing it was only 2 minutes back to where the farmer was, he waited. The farmer grabs the bulls balls and says its 1:34! The tramp pulls a pistol & say's..."Old man! How the hell can you tell what time it is, just playing with a bulls nuts"? The farmer looked at hims & said..."Son...put that thing away, because if you reach over & lift his balls up...You can see that damn clock over there!!!
