The Can-Am Spyder can be loaded on the regular SuperDeck III by backing it onto the deck until the rear tire touches the deck bulkhead. Even on the shortbed truck deck, the wheelbase is on the deck while the nose of the Spyder extends over the rear. The 8' deck would provide a little more room to work.

The special Can-Am deck has the landing wheels spaced to allow a 62" wide clearance and has blocking posts to block the front wheels in place withought the front of the Spyder reaching the bulkhead. AmeriDeck's Can-Am Spyder deck with stops to prevent the nose of the Spyder from hitting the bulkhead. The deck floor is 102" by 58", and the rear wheels are 62" wide to accommodate the Spyder's stance. The bulkhead height is the standard 29-5/8". These measurements allow a Spyder to be pulled on to the deck rather than backed on.
