That is the last thing I remember about the day. I spent two weeks on a ventilator and when I woke I had lost all track of time. My boyfriend and Friend, that was with me, told me that they were in front of me and we were just riding along this curvy road. Then there was another curve and I say that lightly because they took me back out there and it was more like a little angle in the road...either way there was an on coming truck and I ended up hitting the truck. So I assume I didn't maneuver the curve and hit the truck. They tell me that the truck saw me coming and he had almost came to a complete stop, I did not hit him head on I hit him on the Drivers side and part of the front bumper to where the fender was rammed up into his tire where he could not... less

I spent 2 1/2 months in the Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis two weeks of that was on a ventilator. I shattered the bone in my right arm from the elbow to the wrist and I also had a compound fracture in my right wrist. I had a compound fracture of my left lower leg and broke the bone in my upper left leg, broke my sternum, broke my pelvis in two places, I have stints in both kidneys and one going to my brain, internal bleeding in numerous places and liver damage, ( when they fixed the liver and internal bleeding they accidentally nicked my bowel, so they had to wait 6 weeks before they could fix it because my body had went through so much they couldn't do any more surgeries) chemical burns on my right leg and arm from the gasoline,. My bike caught fire on impact. My boyfriend pulled me from the accident and then the gasoline started coming towards us so he pulled me further away and that is when the bike exploded. 911 was called, ambulance... less
