The thief is a thin white male. And rides an Orange Honda Sports Bike. He wears a HJC Helmet (picture below of both bike and helmet). He had an accomplice!
The female he was with is a white female, who drives a black 2016 GMC Acadia. She has a LSU decal on the top of her rear windshield. And a small football helmet decal to the left of her GMC Emblem.
